Dave Harrison is a one-of-a kind guitar player. He is a highly skilled and sought after guitarist. He is a Teaching Fellow at Otago University, tutoring guitar at the University's Contempory Rock Music Degree. He is the guitarist for Dunedin's excellent fusion band Subject to Change featuring Rob Burns and Trevor Coleman along with the Uni's drum tutor and well know pro drummer Rob Craigie. He also plays with me in the legendary Oxo Cubans. We love having him. This link is the first of a series of online guitar classes written and produced by Dave. This is the best place to record! Owned and operated by producer and engineer, keyboard player, percussion player, guitar player, advisor, creative director Ross McNab it is without doubt the most enjoyable place to record down these parts. It's far enough but close enough to record in peace and quiet - only 30 minutes from Balclutha it offers everything you need/want to make an album, a demo, or just to get your songs down. There's accommodation in house and I can't reccommend it enough. take a look for yourself. |

INCARNATE are a fabulous metal band based in Mosgiel, Dunedin.They recently won the Otago University Students Association (OUSA) Battle of the Bands competition held at Refuel.They're a metal band that mix metal with melody and seem to have this unique presence about them that separates them from more regular metal bands. Though they are still a young band, they definitely have the goods to go all the way! I reckon they're awesome. Check them out if you get a chance. |
